It seems as if Deep Ellum Brewing Co. came out of nowhere and took the city’s craft beer scene by storm in less than a year. Beer was flowing into new establishments everyday, but one important thing was still lacking: a solid website that could better connect and educate their fans and attract possible new prospects. Caliber’s challenge was to develop a competent, professional, and modern site without losing the rugged, street art aesthetic of Deep Ellum. It’s been a long time in the making and we’re proud to launch the brewery’s latest milestone.

Friday's recently asked Caliber to come up with a logo and related materials for their "Bonus Bites" promo and we were very happy to oblige! The promo gives people who buy gift cards for friends and family free gift cards to treat themselves with. Friday's needed a number of different items designed from window clings to the actual gift cards themselves to promote Bonus Bites. We hope you enjoy this small taste!

If you’re going to be in a St. Patty’s Day Parade, you need to have a sweet ride. For local craft beer guys, Deep Ellum Brewing Company, they decided to utilize their delivery van for that very purpose. Completely decked out in suitable street art and DEBC branding, the Caliber created van is one you won’t easily miss rolling down the highway. Brandon and Max from Caliber got to tag along with the crew for the parade, handing out branded frisbees and koozies to excited fans.

Fluor is one of the world’s largest engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance and project management companies in the world. Caliber was hired to design the 2011 annual report celebrating 100 years of operation on large scale projects as the Trans-Alaskan Pipeline, factories for BMW, and numerous infrastructure projects that impact the economy of entire countries. A debossed cover, silver metallic inks and a four-page, fold-out timeline further enhanced the narrative section.

This year Caliber turned three years old & expanded into a new space at the edge of Deep Ellum, our favorite historic district in Dallas. Of course a new address means new business cards. We knew that as we grow we need to move away from our initial shoot-em-up aesthetic, but we don’t want to hide our personality. Thus, the new cards are are big, stout, tactile, loud, and slightly understated. Thanks to Lilco Letterpress for helping us achieve our vision.
