Best wishes this holiday season from your friends at Caliber. It's time for family, friends and fun. So sit back and relax. Maybe even turn off your iPhone or Crackberry, stop Tweeting, unplug from Facebook... oh, who are we kidding? Enjoy your time off, and let's welcome 2012 with style and optimism. Cheers!

March, 2011. Hot off the presses, Caliber has been featured in both HOW Magazine and Logo Lounge. Six identities were included in this year's edition of Logo Lounge (volume 6) and the XTO Signature Book was featured in the 2011 International and Interactive Design Awards issue of HOW Magazine.

This spring, Caliber Principals of Creative, Brandon Murphy and Bret Sano are scheduled for a number of speaking engagements at universities in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. In February, Murphy spoke to senior design students at Texas Christian University (TCU) as they prepare to enter the job market this spring. In March, Murphy and Sano will both be part of a panel discussion at the Art Institute of Dallas and will finish the month by each speaking individually to groups of design students at the University of North Texas and the Art Institute of Dallas.

In January, the Caliber team was hired for a project that required a custom photo shoot of ... you guessed it ... beer! Tough break, huh?! Three days of bar hopping and a brewery tour. We kept asking ourselves, "Is this really our job?!" ... Nice. Oh, and meet our newest Junior Designers: Jaclyn and Josh (read: beer models).

June 5, 2010 – DALLAS, TX, Saturday night was a very rewarding night for the Caliber crew. With 17 pieces chosen for DSVC, Dallas Society of Visual Communication, Caliber went home with three light bulb medals to call their own. The hard work of all three Caliber agency principals, Brandon Murphy, Bret Sano, and Erin Fletcher is paying off and they have the light bulbs to prove it. To check out Caliber’s awards or for more information dealing with the DSVC go to www.dsvc.org.
To start off the night, Caliber first won a bronze medal for their Decadence Tawny Wine Bottle Design. Little did they know that was just the beginning of their winnings for the night. Soon after, Caliber’s name was called to receive a silver light bulb medal for their El Colobri Brochure, a brochure that was designed for self-promotion.The Caliber team also walked away with a bronze medal for their “Welcome to Addyland” poster. The poster was designed as a Call for Entry and was also the campaign theme for the 2010 ADDY® award show.
