Glorious PC Gaming Race is an e-commerce retailer of high-end, proprietary, PC Gaming hardware and accessories.
Glorious PC Gaming Race was started by PC gamers, for PC gamers. Their mission? To provide superior quality PC gaming products at every-day prices. Our task was to elevate their brand identity, by revamping their logo and building a packaging system that reflects their message.
Having been in the marketplace for a number of years, Caliber was challenged to update the brand logo while maintaining the integrity of the initial design. Being a predominantly e-commerce brand meant considering the application of the logo in a variety of settings. Whether it be for the website, social media or packaging assets, all of the brand applications were considered during the initial logo design phase.
The logo redesign set the tone for the packaging design to follow. The packaging materials needed to be informative while simultaneously conveying an elite status. The brand color palette hinges on a light gray, dark gray and yellow. Print techniques such as holographic foil and spot UV were introduced to the brand aesthetic and used as additional design elements to elevate the brand and convey the elite brand persona.
